Lister/Valuers

HIPS Home Move is seeking experienced Listers/Valuers to join the Team as it expands its business throughout the UK. The role requires you to visit client properties selling the benefits and services that HIPS Home Move provides, and to produce all the relevant literature used in the property marketing process.

In return we will offer you continuous training and full support to allow you to build on your existing personal strengths, abilities and confidence levels, thereby enhancing your capacity to reach the highest levels of professionalism and career success.

Ideal candidates will come from an Estate Agency background, be experienced in property valuations and have a good knowledge of the catchment area.
They will be well presented, with an entrepreneurial attitude towards business development. Above all they will be customer service orientated. Remuneration is based on a visit fee plus commission.

Domestic Energy Assessors

HIPS Home Move is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and newly-qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA's) to service market demand for Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) throughout the UK with effect from 1st June 2007.

Candidates must hold a Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (VRQ) achieved through one of the following recognised awarding bodies - ABBE, NEA or City and Guilds. You will be required to visit properties on behalf of HIPS Home Move to assess energy efficiency and emission levels. Average fee earnings are expected to be circa £80 - £100 per EPC.
