Once a time and date have been arranged, one of our team of Valuers will carry out a full and detailed valuation, including property details and photographs.

We will then fully explain the products we have on offer, and guide you in the direction of the most appropriate of these to meet your needs.

Once you have agreed on the sale pack you wish to use to market your property, you can relax in the full knowledge that the rest of the process will be stress-free.

Soon after you will receive a Customer Service call from our HIP Supplier to confirm all details and to explain the simple steps in the process and the time it will take to gather all of the information required to market your property.

We are able to give a 90% Guarantee that all Home Information Packs will be turned around in 5 days, thus giving speed to the market.

Once all of the information has been successfully collected, you are ready to market your property.

Should you wish to purchase a Home Information Pack from another supplier before you market your property there is no problem. Simply contact us when your Pack is completed, and we will up-load the details onto our website.
